ΣΥΣΤΗΜΑ ΥΛΟΠΟΙΗΣΗΣ ΔΙΑΙΤΗΣΙΑΣ ΕΠΟ ΑΡΘΡΟ 5 Σύνθεση της Κ.Ε.∆. Η Κεντρική Επιτροπή ∆ιαιτησίας (Κ.Ε.∆.) θα αποτελείται από έναν πρόεδρο, έναν αναπληρωτή πρόεδρο και τρία (3). Τα µέλη της δεν επιτρέπεται να συνδέονται µε οποιαδήποτε οµάδα, λίγκα ή οποιονδήποτε άλλο ποδοσφαιρικό φορέα. Η Εκτελεστική Επιτροπή ( Ε.Ε.) της Ε.Π.Ο. θα διορίζει ένα από τα µέλη της ως Πρόεδρο της Κεντρικής Επιτροπής ∆ιαιτησίας. Ο αναπληρωτής πρόεδρος και τα µέλη της Κ.Ε.∆. θα διορίζονται από τον Πρόεδρο της Ε.Π.Ο., κατόπιν προτάσεων του Προέδρου της Κ.Ε.∆. ΚΑΝΟΝΙΣΜΟΣ ΔΙΑΙΤΗΣΙΑΣ ΤΗΣ FIFA Composition of the Referees Committee The Referees Committee shall be composed of a chairman, a deputy chairman and the members deemed necessary to discharge its duties. Its members may not be affiliated to any clubs, leagues or any other football organisation. The Executive Committee shall appoint one of its members as chairman of the Referees Committee. The deputy chairman and members of the Referees Committee shall be appointed by the president of the Member Association at the proposal of the chairman of the Referees Committee. ΣΥΜΒΑΣΗ ΔΙΑΙΤΗΣΙΑΣ UEFA Referees committee Introduction UEFA member associations that are parties to the present convention must establish a referees committee which reports to the executive committee. The referees committee must be an integral part of the national association structure and be given exclusive responsibility for all matters related to refereeing in the territory of the national association, totally independent of the leagues, clubs and government.
